In order to ensure the safety of our guests and employees, we take all necessary precautions, and we have taken into account the recommendations of the MTÜ during our recommendations and measures.
We are waiting for you in a safe environment:
We clean our rooms, common areas and all areas and surfaces with extreme care and a special virucid disinfectant. Contactless hand sanitizer dispensers were placed at meals and at the front desk.
We clean our rooms and mattresses with a vorwerk vacuum cleaner, which, in addition to cleanliness, also provides allergen-free, clean air.
Disinfectant soaps were added to the dispensers in the washrooms.
At our reception, keeping the distance is solved due to the size of the counter, if necessary, a mask is also available from our staff. Please line up at the reception with only one family or related guests.
Our staff has stayed with us even during this difficult period, so familiar faces await you, all of whom are healthy. We constantly monitor their health.
They can safely enjoy their services indoors with continuous ventilation and disinfection.
In our beauty salon and wellness department, during the treatments and massages, our staff wears a mask, we disinfect our rooms after each guest, therefore they can use our treatments with a quarter-hour break. In our wellness department we provide a safe distance of 1.5 meters between the loungers. We have raised the chlorine level of the water in our baths to a safe level, which is still harmless to health, but studies show that it destroys the viruses that get into the water, and the temperature reached in the Finnish sauna also neutralizes the virus. The proximity watches used in our Spa are disinfected by our colleagues after each use. In our fitness room, we provide a special virucid disinfectant to disinfect the equipment. We disinfect swings, handrails and other equipment in our playground several times a day. In our restaurant, breakfast and dinner are still served at the buffet, with the help of the service staff. In the restaurant we keep the 1.5 meter distance between the tables, therefore we divide the dinner time into several shifts for the safety of our guests. Our service staff wears gloves and masks for the health of ourselves and our guests. Chafing pliers and pick-ups are disinfected every 30 minutes. We use an air purifier in our restaurant.
